現任荷蘭駐台代表胡浩德，居住在台灣將近八年，他說他來到台灣一個星期之後，就認定台灣是他喜歡的地方，並在聽到一些關於17世紀荷蘭統治台灣的歷史與故事之後，興起探索台荷歷史淵源的念頭，於是利用公餘之暇，走遍台灣，除了找尋台灣與荷蘭之間的聯繫之外，也與台灣原住民成為很好的朋友，進而發掘出台灣最真實、最值得推薦的文化景點與在地美食等。
他將這幾年來的台灣探索之旅寫成這本書，就是要告訴大家，拋開城市觀點，台灣還有很多值得去體驗的自然風光與在地文化，也希望透過這本書，激發大家前去探訪一般旅遊書上所沒有介紹的真實台灣。

本書特色
1.以外國人的觀點，推薦台灣的旅遊景點，有別於一般的觀光導覽，可以更貼近外國觀光客的想法，進而吸引更多的外國人來台灣旅遊或體會台灣的文化。
2.書中全面介紹台灣荷蘭時代的遺跡，有很多甚至是大部份台灣人所不知道的，可以擴展台灣人對荷蘭統治台灣這段時期的歷史嘗試，進而前往這些古蹟一覽。
作者簡介
胡浩德Menno Goedhart
取得有機化學碩士學位之後，便在化學工廠擔任生產經理的工作。之後進入荷蘭經濟部，展開了三十多年與對外經濟關係和對外政策相關的工作。2002年來台擔任荷蘭貿易暨投資辦事處駐台代表，在此之前，有長達八年的時間派駐在法國。
胡浩德來台後即深深愛上台灣，他喜愛台灣的文化、自然風光及友善的人們。而在台灣的多次旅遊，也讓他對17世紀荷蘭人在福爾摩沙的足跡有了更深入的了解，因此決定將旅遊筆記與更多人分享，鼓勵台灣與外國遊客一起來發掘他所深愛的台灣。
2009年，胡浩德成為霧台鄉魯凱部落的長老，和鄒族、西拉雅族及卑南族的關係也更親近，這讓他更加深愛台灣，並決定於2010年退休之後，和夫人英格麗（Ingrid Goedhart）定居南台灣。
羅雪柔Cheryl Robbins
在美國加州洛杉磯出生、成長，目前定居於台灣的台中地區。
擁有美國加州大學戴維斯分校動物學學士學位，以及英國新堡的諾桑比亞大學文化管理碩士。
目前是自由作家，撰寫藝術、文化與旅遊方面的文章。Taiwan News、Fountain Magazine、Travel in Taiwan和Compass Magazine等多種刊物都有其作品。
此外，她還創立亞洲部落企業社，致力於台灣原住民藝術與文化的國際推廣。

網紅小A辣近日公開了男友王聖富，6日聊到男友王聖富時幸福感爆棚，言語間充滿甜蜜，除了公開當初怎麼認識的以外，還提到對方是哪一點打動了他，而私密的床事，她也害羞透露很合。

小A辣只談過一次戀愛，其實在他紅了以後，很多人為了他的錢和名氣接近他，但是他還是想要被保護被愛，會接受這任男友是因為對方用實際的舉動感動了他，兩人7月因為拍MV認識，之後男友就開始瘋狂追求，「有一次他在樓下等我，我在樓上剪片，我叫他先回家，剪完後發現他還在樓下，就很感動啊！」再加上個性溫和身材又好，所以立刻打開了他的心房。
小A辣男友原本是直男，他大笑表示，「對啊，被我掰彎！」他曾說過理想型要有胸肌腹肌二頭肌和大GG，王聖富完全符合了所有條件，他害羞透露，「用過了啊，很OK」。目前對方一切都還在他的期望內，不過他也威脅對方，如果敢劈腿，一定會下地獄。
王聖富目前主要工作是臨時演員，小A辣希望對方能因為他的名氣，接到多一點工作機會。公開在一起後，男友的粉絲人數立刻多了600人，他提到男友也希望靠自己的能力賺錢，「不過他現在很多事都不懂，我怕他受傷，所以都會教他不要太相信別人！」

蘋果新機 iPhone X 售價定為 999 美元，令各界紛喊實在太貴！並質疑蘋果藉由高價來賺取高利潤。雖然蘋果執行長庫克（Tim Cook）先前曾表態產品並非只為富人設計，不過這樣的價格就連國外知名分析師都出面表示，「只有格外看重手機外表的相對富裕群體」才會購買，直指蘋果 iPhone X 根本就是富人機。
綜合媒體報導，庫克在發表會前曾接受雜誌專訪，強調 iPhone 及 iPad 都並非只為富人訂製，並說蘋果產品價格是依據產品價值定價，努力打造最好的產品。不過，新機價格曝光後，美系券商 KeyBanc 資本市場公司分析師哈格里夫斯（Andy Hargreaves）就說，iPhone X 價格比 iPhone 8 還貴約 300 美元，他認為只有「格外看重手機外表的相對富裕群體」才會購買。
同時，哈格里夫斯也指出，此次蘋果 iphone X 因欠缺具有吸引力的功能，加上其高昂售價，才讓外界對其定價有所疑慮，而 iPhone X 缺乏新功能，可能也代表著在未來難以有新的突破，用戶換新手機的周期也有拉長的可能。
